  not helpful at all!..great at handing out applications...great at taking messages...after a month and a half of repeatedly calling and showing up in person at the office to check on the application for an apartment rental..I could never get an answer from anyone on anything..l was even promised that my application would be moved to the top of the list..that was a week ago..I had to take it in my own hands to travel to the address where apartment was located only to find out they had rented it out from under me when I had already told them I was interested and filled out the application...and I have rented through them before so it's not like I was a risk..they just don't have their act together and very unprofessional, rude save yourself the aggravation and see someone else or you'll be homeless before these guys help you out..
